Concerning Insurance

If you have insurance, we will be happy to help you process your claim for reimbursement. Or, you may assign your primary insurance benefits to the doctor as partial payment toward the services rendered. This can be done after we have had the opportunity to verify your primary insurance benefits.

Dental insurance is intended to cover some, but not all of the cost of your dental care. Most plans include a co-payment, and deductible which must be paid by the patient at the time of service. Insurance coverage is not, and never has been, a guideline for quality care.

Please note that even if we are NOT contracted with your insurance plan, we can still file for your benefits if you are on a PPO.  However, if you are on a DMO or DHMO you must see a contracted dental provider.  Give us a call if you have questions about how it works.

We expect your co-payment in full at the time of service, and we will be happy to file your insurance claims for you. Please bring your insurance card with you on your first visit and familiarize yourself with your dental plan benefits (you can call your employer's Benefit Coordinator for this information). We will work with you to ensure that you receive the maximum benefits to which you are entitled.

Your patient portion can be paid by any of these payment options:

·         Cash or Personal Check. Care Credit patient financing. 

·         Credit Card - We accept Mastercard, Visa, Discover & American Express.
